My daughter Bought a home in this pack & about 7 months ago & it was great the lady's in the office was great Lori & Dari but know they have a lady in the office as at Property Manager that is very rude disrespectful to people. My daughter have tried to contact corporate know one have return her phone calls or mine I wish we had asked about this place before my daughter Purchased out there.
My stepdaughter's daughter and son lives in the park. It seems to be a very clean park. I have talked to a few of the neighbors, and they all seem to be very friendly.
The women in the leasing office are extremely rude, condescending and unhelpful when speaking to residents. Every time I have to go in there it is extremely frustrating and I’m never able to get answers or help with my issues.
I've lived here since 2021 and have enjoyed calling this community home! My house is newer and has never had an issue. The staff are always friendly and helpful! Maintenance is professional, on-time, and they follow through with requests. Overall, this community has been safe, neighborly, and consistent in providing a comfortable place to live.
I can not let this year wrap up without writing a very much deserved and much overdue review about Laura. (Life got busy as it does and this is the review I intended on writing right after we moved in.) We have been here about 9 months and we absolutely love our home. We came from a bad apartment situation, but Laura worked hard to get us into a wonderful and nice home right away. We will always be very grateful to and for her. She is an absolute gem and works really hard putting in her heart and soul into everything she does at Dutch Hills. Yes Properties are really lucky to have her!
Family members live at Dutch Hills. There are gangs of children ages 10 and into teen years that are harassing residents. Swearing, screaming, defacing resident's property with defamatory language. The kids are hitting other children, I. E. slugging kids in the face, pushing kids down. A couple of the kid's parents join in on the harassment. The police are at Dutch Hills frequently. Managment claims they can't do anything about this issue. The police suggest that residents hook up video surveillance so the perps can be identified. Using your own camera is not as good as, say, a Ring unit. People are living in fear at Dutch Hills. No way would I live at Dutch Hills with this going on UNCHECKED. Shame on management and shame on the parents that allow their kids to do what they're doing.
We lived here for 5 years until they told us our pit bull wasn't allowed. Luckily we were more than ready to move by then. The neighborhood went downhill and I no longer felt safe there. Someone caught another resident trying to break into their daughters bedroom window, the aggressive dogs that charged me and attacked another dog never got dealt with. Young teenagers that always seemed up to no good, made the playground so unsafe we stopped going to it. We requested maintenance to fix a few things, ended up ignoring it then charging us for the repair when we moved. The water smelled horrible and constantly had boil water notices, which was one thing when it was free but then we had to pay for water on top of everything else. They raise rent constantly but let people leave their yards looking like trash.
Honestly, this place sucks. The best thing they did was get rid of Eric Bell, and the old manager. However, the fact that they gaslight their residents is enough to make everyone here wanting to move. Rent increases more then once a year, weird charges on our rent, water cost but was free before. Please get it together Yes Communities!
